Walk With Walgreens for Coupons!

by Christie Bisbee on April 6, 2011

Walgreens has a new “Walk With Walgreens” program to encourage people to walk as part of a healthier lifestyle. As part of the program you’ll be able to earn coupons for entering your “walks”. Right now, just for signing up you’ll get a coupon for Ponds and another for Aleve. You’ll also be entered to win a $100 gift card when you upload your walks.

Go HERE and create an account, then look under “Rewards” to see the following coupons…
-$1/1 Ponds Cream, Towelettes or Cleansing Product (ets or 15ct towelettes)
-$1/1 Aleve Product 40ct or larger

Is this working for anyone? Each time I enter my email it sends me back to their sight. I can never log in or set up an account?!?!

Until you confirm your e-mail by clicking on a link they’ll send you via e-mail, you won’t be able to log-in. So confirm the e-mail, then log in.

I find this terribly hypocritcal on WAGS part, given that they openly sell tobacco products. YMMV, I guess.

I have tried two different emails and it keeps going in a circle back to the sign up page

Did you confirm your e-mail in the e-mail they send you? If you don’t it won’t work. I did it last night.

the site has social sign-in so you don’t have to create a new username and password. if you use gmail, yahoo, aol or msn, it will loop you back to the sight and you’ll be registered. go to your profile, look under rewards and launch the coupons!

I got in (after a few hiccups)! Here’s what I did, in case it helps…

1. Make sure the email account you give Walgreens is open before you submit your email address. (I had a different account open the first time I tried to create an account and it didn’t work. If this happened to you, close the Walgreens window/tab, open the proper email account, return to this Wild for Wags page, and click on the link here again.)

2. Make sure the email account is open in the same browser as the Walgreens window.

3. You may need to allow pop-ups. Not sure.

4. Walgreens will request your email host to allow them access to verify your account exists and your name.

5. Fill out the form and you should be in.

Would it help if I also hopped on one foot and patted my head at the same time? Hee hee. What an ordeal! Thanks for the tips.

Just signed up using gmail account without problems. Cant seem to find the Ponds coupon though. Under my rewards section shows only a First Steps Kit; ($5 coupon for Omarion Pedometer and 2 coupons and 1 rebate for Dr. Scholls products. Am I missing something or maybe not available any more? Thanks

My coupons under rewards are for Dasani and Citracal? Either way, I printed the Dasani coupon and it looks very fake and blurry. Hopefully they update the way the coupons look. The bar code is also very odd. It is neither a regular manf coupon code or a 4 digit WAG code. It’s a long code with 16 digits…

Wow – I think it’s very interesting how everyone’s coupon is different! Strange. I guess I now have to start walking to I can enter my walks and see what else I get!
