Character Band-Aids $1.49 at Walgreens

by Christie Bisbee on April 5, 2011

You can get a good deal on character band-aids this month at Walgreens. I found these on sale for the month, thru 4/30 for $1.99. You can use the $2/2 printable coupon to grab these for $.99 each. That’s a good price for these and you could use these as a potential Easter Basket stuffer. After all, how much candy do you really want in there? 😉

If your store doesn’t have tags (I would say 9 out of 10 of my stores don’t) I suggest having them do a price check. Yes, the world would be a better place if Walgreens had price check scanners in their stores (too 21st century I guess). But since they don’t, just march right up to the counter and ask for one. If you find the same at your store you can…

BUY
2 – Character Band-aids $1.99 EACH
Total = $3.98
-.50/1 Neosporin or one Band-Aid product -04-17-11 SS x6/30
= $1.49 EACH!

Other coupons you can use on the deal…
-.50/1 Neosporin OR Band-Aid 3-27-11 SS1 x4/30
-.50/1 Neosporin or Band-aid Brand Adhesive Bandage Product 2-12-11 SS x4/30

Saw this a couple of days ago at my walgreens – tried to get them, but the coupon “beeped”. I read the part about the Band-Aid brand on the coupon for the cashier, but she said if the coupon doesn’t go through, then I couldn’t use it. May have to try again at a different Wags and see if they’ll let me use it. Hope the rest of you are having beter results!

With the $.50/1 they are still a good deal at $1.49. Love the Cars ones, so cute!

This $2/2 coupon is not coded correctly. The 19 at the end of the barcode means buy 3 get 1 FREE.

I used this coupon at Target last night to pick up some FREE travel size Band-Aids, and the coupon actually charged me $2 instead of taking $2 off! Luckily, my cashier caught it, but this is a troubled coupon!

The store I hardly shop at had a price checker. I was shocked. So maybe in the near future some will as well.

The coupons beeped on me as well, and the cashier would not accept them. Very disappointing, but onto the next deal!
