Backtrack a few pages and you’ll find she has a predilection towards petty and crass comments. I find it peculiar how mine has incensed you… It was an honest statement. The M&M Eggs are 4/$3 at my Walgreens. I used 2 1$/2 and got all four for a $1 or .25 cents a peice.

Woo hoo, thanks! I was really excited to read this because my Wags doesn’t have ANY Milky Way Bunnies ;-(. I ran into the store during my lunch hour and surprised the cashier (she’s awesome and loves my coupon trips) when I got 14 of them for free!! 🙂

So question: the $1/2 mars easter from a previous week (not the 3/18 inserts) Can those be used to score the free candy at WAGs as well or do those not work?
In the April All You magazine, there was a $1.50 off 2 Mars Seasonal Products coupon. There isn’t any size restrictions either.
LUCKY! 🙂 A bit jealous here…I keep missing out on all the candy deals for free…no jelly beans and didn’t get this great coupon in pbp or ss either…so, I went on line to buy the q and couldn’t find any site selling the q either. Totally missed out on the free snickers back a month ago too.

I found out this morning my whole area didn’t get the Red Plum at all! 🙁 I’d been looking forward to candy all week long!
These weren’t marked 2/$1 at my Walgreens but they rang up that price. There is also a $1.50/2 coupon in the April All You magazine. What a fantastic Easter basket filler- that is if I don’t eat them first… they were free, after all 🙂
Not sure about the 3/18, but the 3/11 have a size restriction of 7.94 oz in the fine print. ) : Both scan even though dont meet the requirements, I feel to guilty going back for more now that I know of the size restriction….
3/18 doesn’t have the size restriction, so don’t use the one from 3/11. If you made an honest mistake, and used the 3/11 without noticing, don’t beat yourself up. It was an accident.
I went to Walgreens and the Mars candy was on sale 2/$1. I got 4 because I had 2 $1/2 Mars candy coupons. When I got to the cashier, she says “Sorry, you can’t use both, we don’t double.” Obviously, doubling would have meant that each coupon would have doubled to $2 instead of $1/2 so the cashier really didn’t know what she was talking about. I live in FL so I never have doubled coupons in the past anyway. Anyhow, I explained this to her but she wouldn’t budge and she showed me a paper her manager had written about not taking those coupons. I am so frustrated! Was I wrong to think I should have been able to buy 4 and use 2 $1/2 coupons?? Walgreens has been a real letdown lately.
Hmmm, I’m guessing math was not her strong point? Which is kind of bad if you are a cashier… you totally should have been able to use them!
I went last night and got some for free! I used the 3/18 coupon since the one from a previous insert does have a size restriction. It worked just fine and the cashier didn’t say anything about it :0) Thank you for your help Christie!
