it dint work for me. It showed me that I owe $23+ for 8×10 collage.

You may have accidentally checked the box that says you want to order the individual pictures(4X6) as well as the collage. That would explain the extra cost. When you order make sure the box is not checked for the individual pictures and you should be able to get the free collage alone. Hope this helps.
