FREE Vicks VapoDrops!

by Christie Bisbee on September 6, 2011

You can get FREE Vicks if your store carries the VapoDrops! Not every store carries these but if your store does here’s a great deal for you just in time for the Fall and the beginning of cold season. (I found these by the front of my store by the cash register, not by the cough drops!)

***DEAL IDEA***
1 – Vicks Vapo Drops .99
(1) -$1/1 Vicks Product, Any – 08-28-11 PG x9/30
= FREE!

The $1/1 coupon will have to be adjusted down by $.01. However, if your store doesn’t follow the Walgreens coupon policy and won’t adjust the coupons down, here’s another option…
Similar coupons are available on Publix Ad page.

***DEAL IDEA***
6 – Vicks Vapo Drops 2/$1.79
1 – Vicks Vapo Drop $.90 (this one will not ring up $.99 because you have already bought 6)
Total = $6.27
(2) -$3/2 Vicks Product, Any – 08-28-11 PG x9/30
= $.27 or UNDER $.04 EACH!

Thanks for the sernio Sean. I am hoping to add a can of tomatoe sauce with that and use on of my carmax RR to help with the total even more. Thanks for the heads up. Now if only my Wags sells these.

This is awesome. I was looking for a way to roll some RRs!

Sean, I love your scenario! My hubby lives on nyquil in the winter, he “thinks” it is the only thing that will work at night. I was able to do your scenario twice with the Nice Tomato sauce as a filler and use prev RRs! Scored everything for under 5 bucks! We are all set for cold & flu season – except for our flu shots! LOL

Why don’t they reduce the coupon $3/2 down when 2 cost $1.79?

I could not find these at the Eden Prairie Walgreens!

Scored!!! Des Moines, WA has these!!! be sure to look in the clearance section too. they have a vicks plug in vaporizor marked down to 3.49! pair that with one pack of the cough drops, and you pay 1.49. i added a filler item and used my 1.50 RR from the carmex!!!

That’s silly – they can’t picture EVERY Vicks product, could you imagine, it wouldn’t be a coupon it would be a book!

How do you use the vicks vapodrop? do you have to plug it in a machine or what?

Reply

Christie September 6, 2011 at 7:39 pm

No – I think it’s just a fancy name for cough drop. ๐Ÿ™‚

lol, I went to walgreens to see them with my own 2 eyes. Yeah, fancyname for cough drops. I bought 7. Tomorrow I am going to get 6 and 1 nyquil and 1 dayquil for $4.52. I will be using (4)3/2 and $2 RR from Suave, so I will be about $3 bucks out of pocket.
I am keeping my fingers crossed that they have more.

I didn’t feel like dealing with the coupon being over. So, I bought 4 and used the $3 coupon…no beeps…worked just fine. Yes, I paid 14 cents a box but I just didn’t want the hassle today. ๐Ÿ™‚ I’m with Christie, though, the coupon states “any”…do they want them to line the edge of the coupon with tiny Vicks pictures? ๐Ÿ™‚

I only have 1 $3 off of 2 coupon. How can I do a deal with only that?
My Walgreens does not adjust down the coupons.
Thanks for the help

You could buy (4) for $3.58 and use the $3/2 coupon – so $.58 for 4 of them or about $.15 each. Not bad. ๐Ÿ™‚

Where are these located in the store? I do not see them near vicks products or cough drops. The pic has 5hr energy next to them.

been trying to get these because I NEED them! At my stores they are 1.19/1 of or 2.00/2. Well thats the the webpickup say anyways.
I cannot find them in the stores at all! I looked by the registers. I looked with the cold and flu meds, and by the cough drops. Nothing at 2 stores, not even a shelf tag! Online says that both stores had them in stock…i have a cold, I would love to get some LOL
