I requested a coupon to try the sparkling water but never received one
I’d suggest calling their customer service maybe. I just let people know about the free sample offer, I have nothing to do with the actual sample. Chances are it takes 6 to 8 weeks, so if it hasn’t been that long, I’d suggest waiting.
