I tried this today and the rr didn’t print. Maybe because of the free item???
The FREE coupon shouldn’t have anything to do it with. Did you have the tag at your store? There a million reasons why the Catalina coupon might not print. Not working, no paper, not programed correctly. Here is what I do when this happens. First locate the tag in your store so you can show them the deal. 2nd if it doesn’t work and you are told it’s because of the coupon, have them run your deal through with no coupons. Chances are the RR won’t print either so you can show them it wasn’t the coupon and they can correct the problem for you.

Okay, I think I figured out what the problem was. I think I got the wrong facial cleanser. Sad!!!! I didn’t realize it was only one specific kind. That is what you are saying, right?? How does Wags handle returns? Should I return them both and try again with the correct one? Or do they not even do that? I have tons more of the bogo coupons.
Hi Amy, Yep from what I can tell it’s only those 2 kinds. I haven’t seen the tags on any other products. I would just return the 2 of them next time you are there and tell them you got the wrong ones. Just bring your receipt & it should be easy. They usually do returns at cosmetics. Just keep your eye open for the right cleanser & hopefully your store carries it. If they don’t you could…Buy 2 of the 6ct Strips & 2 of any cleanser = Total $29.96, Use 2 – Buy Strips Get the Cleanser FREE & a $2/2 peelie (keep your eyes open they were all over my stores) = $12.98, Get Back $5 RR = $7.98 or $1.99 each. Not as good but $1.99 is a great price for those products.
